WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GET?

The sizing available goes from XS - 5XL. Explore here the sizing chart of the clothes. Still not sure which size to choose? No worries, send an email at erospython@gmail.com including your bust, waist and hip measurements and I will be happy to make a recommendation.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders take 24-48 hours to ship once I have finished making them. The making timing will depend of what type of garment / jewelry is. But usually might take one or two weeks to process it and have it ready to ship. If you need your order quicker, please email erospython@gmail.com where I will try my best to accommodate your request. If it is a pre-order item, the timings are longer, due to ordering the materials from my suppliers for your specific order, plus the making process of those. Note - currently I have a big demand of orders and the shipping timings might take a month. I appreciate your patience, it will be worth it once you receive your package.

CAN YOU UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

As long as your order has not started processing, I can update your shipping address. Please email erospython@gmail.com with your order number and your updated shipping information.

I ACCIDENTALLY ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, CAN YOU FIX IT?

I can adjust the size as long as your order has not started processing. Please send your request to erospython@gmail.com .

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I really hope that you love your Eros Python goodies as much as I do when I make them. But if for some reason, you would like to make a return, please read the following before you proceed: Any returns and exchanges must be done within 14 working days of receiving the order. As a customer you have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after receipt of the goods, according to the Distance and Home Sales Contracts Act (2005: 59). The returned items must be unused and intact within the original packaging to be eligible for return. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected and returned back to the customer. Please read “How to make a claim” below.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

If you would like to make a return, please send an email to erospython@gmail.com with the concept “return”. I will come back to you with further instructions. Please note the following:

  • I do not stand for the return shipping cost and it will be deducted from your refund.

  • I am unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to me after the 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.

  • When you drop off your package at the post office, I highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of your postage for further reference.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?

I will issue a refund as soon as I have received and processed your return. Refunds may take up to 10-14 business days after the arrival of the package and the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
